Blueberry Pines definitely had a successful 4th of July week this year. The hot weather gave us a curb ball as we rolled up our sleeves to work on some irrigation to keep the course green. That weekend we also participated in the Menahga Parade on the 6th. I brought my horses Holly and Lady to pull the dressed up trolley wagon.
After the excitement of the Menahga Parade last week we've gotten back to work around the course. For the next two weeks we shall be catering and preparing the course for golfers and a camera crew. With how dry the weather is we might have to send Charlie (Chuckles) out to water the course by hand!
Tip of the Day: If the music 's a playin' don't forget to Jiggy the Jooggy!!
